Tegan is a qualified and experienced environmentalist with seven years’ experience working in the mining resource sector. She holds both a Science and Environmental Planning degree with additional qualifications in conservation and land management.

Tegan has significant experience in environmental management on coal mines, including licencing, monitoring, project management, risk assessment, EMS development, and stakeholder mediation/negotiation. She understands the multi-level complexity of environmental management within mining and holds a strong focus on the feasibility of environment being implemented into daily production. Furthermore, Tegan is adept in contractor management and completing gap analysis to ensure maximum compliance.
